And yes I said city, not town. true for me too, tho I've lived in towns as small as 10, but usually 300 - 500. 1500 would be a bit scary. One criteria for me is no stop lights allowed in the whole COUNTY. Blinking red is acceptable, but is an indication the place might be getting too big.
