The base spawn rate needs to be increased for the whole game and the spawn effect for kishin and fury need to be removed altogether for this to truly be balanced. This has largely been across the board though with the throwing stars market as Balanced Furies have dropped from 700m to 550m, and C Ilbis from 220m to 150m, respectively.
