WebRTX 3090 - Memory Clock at Max all the time Hi folks, hoping someone here can help me with a frustrating issue. I'm noticing that no matter what I do, my Memory Clock is showing maximum usage (in MSI afterburner), even with all windows closed and no games running, and when the PC is at idle. Currently having a 5700XT Pulse and a 144Hz monitor from AOC with latest driver. My GPU mem clock was at 1750Mhz all the time despite doing nothing at all.

WebClosing process by process that was open in the system, I found out that Discord was the problem. Later I found out that Discord uses hardware acceleration. Turning it off solved my problem. To turn it off: In Discord, go to: Options > Appearance > Uncheck "Hardware Acceleration". I hope it helps some people. There might be some software running that is causing the clocks to stay higher. Check startup programs / msconfig and see. It could be that Windows Aero is doing it.
